Digital Atlantic Corporation has released CDRoller 8.0 for Windows 95/98/ME/NT4/2000/XP/2003/Vista, a powerful, easy-to-use and low-cost software for CD and DVD data recovery with support of Blu-ray discs (BD and HD-DVD).
CDRoller 8.0 recovers the lost data from a new optical storage media: Blu-ray discs (BD and HD DVD). New optical media formats are supported by all program features. A fault-tolerant UDF Reader provides a direct access to the discs with UDF file systems and also finds the lost data: accidentally deleted files, files located in the corrupted folders, files on incorrectly closed or quick-formatted discs.
CDRoller 8.0 retrieves the lost video from not properly finalized discs, created by DVD camcorders: Hitachi, Sony, Panasonic, Canon, Samsung and other DVD cameras for home use. When you cannot play the recorded video due to a failure of camcorder or bad quality of DVD media, or disc finalization was accidently interrupted. A built-in "Burn" option allows you to make a new disc with recovered video that can be played back in most DVD players.
CDRoller 8.0 expands a list of supported file systems and provides access to the data recorded on BD-RE or DVD-RAM discs with FAT 32 file system, including a search of accidentally deleted files.
CDRoller 8.0 offers an improved data recovery on the discs created by AVCHD camcorders with quick identification of M2TS video files.
CDRoller 8.0 is available for Windows 95/98/ME/NT4/2000/XP/2003/Vista. It requires a Pentium or compatible CPU, 12 megabytes of HDD space and a CD, DVD or Blu-ray drive.

Digital Atlantic Corporation has released CDRoller 7.0 for Windows 95/98/ME/NT4/2000/XP/2003/Vista, a powerful, easy-to-use and low-cost toolset for CD and DVD data recovery.
CDRoller retrieves the data from the discs created by "drag and drop" CD/DVD writing software, including the newest versions of well-known Roxio and Ahead Nero software packages. The program also finds, identifies and recovers accidently deleted files, files on quick-formatted discs, and files on incorrectly closed discs due to a power failure or system crash.
CDRoller recovers CD and DVD data (photos and video clips), created by a wide set of standalone devices, including: Sony Mavica digital cameras, Hitachi, Sony, Panasonic and Canon DVD camcorders, personal DVD recorders, etc. An updated "Split video" automatically converts the recovered VOB or VRO files into a several MPEG fragments (scenes) without loss of quality.
CDRoller 7.0 offers a new "CD/DVD burn" option integrated into a common shell. You can backup your recovered data onto a new CD or DVD immediately after recovery, without leaving CDRoller. A new "Erase" option blanks CD and DVD re-writable media.
CDRoller 7.0 has an updated "Recover DVD Video" with more flexible disc scan. You can start a new scan of the selected disc area, or resume scan where you left it before, or just show a list of files found at the prior stages.
CDRoller 7.0 gives you a friendly and easy-to-use User Interface with an intuitive list of CD/ DVD recovery commands and built-in adviser with basic recommendations for beginners.

Digital Atlantic Corp. has released CDRoller 5.0 for Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP, a powerful, easy-to-use and low-cost toolset for CD/DVD data recovery.
Version 5.0 differs an ability to recover the lost data from DVD disks. The program supports DVD-ROM, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R and DVD+RW formats.
CDRoller 5.0 has built-in File Identifier to recognize the lost files found by Scan UDF Disc. It identifies the found files by their content and assigns the proper extension to the file so that Windows application can open the file.
The program now supports an external CD/DVD drives with USB interface under Windows 2000/XP.
Newly updated "forced scan" option allows to find and retrieve the files off the disks created by well-known CD mastering programs or Sony Mavica CD digital camera even if the system data seem to be inaccessible.
CDRoller gives you easy-to-use interface similar to the well-known Windows Explorer with file property pages, context menus and drag-and-drop support.
